A Matisse

Henri  Matisse was a French artist and leader of the Fauvist Movement.  Known for his innovative use of color.  Considered one of the most revolutionary artists of the 20th century, influencing the course of modern art. His work is characterized by flat, bright colors, fluid lines, and subjects like interiors, and still life. His style evolved under the influence of Cézanne and Gauguin.
